- Upload, transmit, or store content that is illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or obscene
- Upload content depicting child exploitation or abuse

- Post content that infringes intellectual property rights
2.3 Security Violations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Introduce malware, viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code
- Conduct vulnerability scanning or penetration testing without written permission
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
- Intercept or monitor data not intended for you
2.4 System Abuse
- Overload, disrupt, or impair the performance of the Services
- Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks
- Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or extract data at scale without permission
- Bypass rate limits or usage quotas
- Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications
2.5 Deceptive Practices
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Create fake accounts or inspection records
- Manipulate or falsify inspection data or AI outputs
2.6 AI and Data Misuse
- Use the Services to train competing AI systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
- Use AI outputs for purposes that could cause harm to individuals
- Claim AI-generated outputs as human-verified without proper review
2.7 Commercial Misuse
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without written consent
- Use the Services to compete directly with VeriStay
- Share account credentials with unauthorised third parties
3. Content Standards
All content you upload or create using the Services must:
- Be accurate and not misleading
- Relate to legitimate property inspection purposes
- Not contain personal data of individuals without their knowledge and consent
- Comply with data protection laws including UK GDPR
4. Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
- Using strong, unique passwords
- Enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) where available
- Immediately reporting any suspected unauthorised access
- All activity that occurs under your account
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
VeriStay reserves the right to:
- Monitor usage of the Services for compliance with this AUP
- Investigate reports of violations
- Remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP
- Suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities
6. Consequences of Violations
Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, we may:
6.1 Minor Violations
- Issue a warning
- Request removal of offending content
- Temporarily restrict certain features
6.2 Serious Violations
- Suspend your account immediately
- Terminate your account without refund
- Report the violation to relevant authorities
- Pursue legal action to recover damages

We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action. Reports may be made anonymously.
