• AI-powered damage detection and inventory verification
• Real-time analytics and reporting
• Multi-tenant architecture for property management

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Pricing Tiers

• Free: Limited features with advertisements
• Starter: $29/month for small property managers
• Pro: $99/month for professional managers

4.2 Billing

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Use the service for unlawful surveillance
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

6. User Content and Data

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, property data, etc.). You grant us a license to process this content to provide our services.

6.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and must have necessary rights to upload it.

6.3 Data Backup

While we maintain backups, you should maintain your own copies of important data.

7. Intellectual Property

VeriStay and its content (software, logos, text, graphics) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. AI Processing Disclaimer

Our AI detection is provided "as-is" for assistance only. Results should be verified by humans. We are not liable for:

• AI false positives or false negatives
• Missed damage or inventory discrepancies
• Decisions made based on AI results

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for maintenance with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time via account settings.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended inactivity (with notice)

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. We may delete your data after 30 days (subject to legal retention requirements).

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• VeriStay is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services or content

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VeriStay from claims arising from your:

• Use of the service
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of others' rights
• Content you upload

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law
